CrowdAid supports two types of crowdfunding campaigns, the first is defined as Reward-based of the “Get it all” type, the second is defined as Donation-based.
- Reward-based. It provides for the achievement of a reward commensurate with the amount invested in the campaign and which, generally, coincides with a product or service. Furthermore, this type of crowdfunding allows the fundraiser to receive funds whether their goal has been achieved or not (“Get it all”).
- Donation-based. This is the classic model of donation in which a sum of money is donated in order to support a specific cause or initiative without obtaining anything in return, but simply a symbolic thanks for the gesture.
